The relation between animals and trees!
What is living in our forest and why is it important that we maintain our forest for them?

Research shows that globally only 829 billion tons of CO2 can be extracted from the air this century, as long as the trees get the necessary time to live.
Well prepared land holds great significance in creating a forest. The five steps required in preparing the land involve: Clearing and weeding the field, Pre-irrigation, First ploughing or tilling, Harrowing, and Levelling.
We use a method of planting trees in a line. There are many benefits that promote the use of this method. It is a structured, efficient and functional method that helps us expand our forest and plant thousands of trees more efficiently.
At the start of this year, we planted trees to expand our forest. But our job is not done yet! To make sure these trees grow strong and healthy, we need to take good care of them.
Before planting trees, we carefully consider factors such as soil type, and climate conditions when selecting trees for each location. Each tree species have different benefits for the ecosystem.
Trees are essential for all life on Earth. You too can make a difference. Become a donor of The Green Core and contribute to a world filled with forests!
In the past few years, we have planted more than 6.751 trees in order to reduce CO2 emissions and contribute to a better world. However, what is the actual impact of tree planting?
An oak tree goes through many changes in its life cycle. They can absorb over 22kg of CO2 annually and provide food and habitat for wildlife. Also, oak trees offer ecosystem services like water regulation, soil stabilization, and carbon sequestration.
Our dream of the King and Queen's forest is now a reality! Oak and beech trees have been recently planted in France, and we are thrilled to see them come to life.

Join us in celebrating Earth Day and our commitment to reforestation and reducing CO2 emissions through tree planting and forest growth. Let's take action today!
We have started our planting journey in France. A team of Green Core volunteers have been working very hard for the past few days to plant the donated trees.
There is a lot that goes into planting trees. Planting trees often starts with land full of weeds. It is not a perfect flat piece of land. The land must be first cleared before the trees can be planted.
This week we have celebrated a very special day, The UN International Day of Forests! The Green Core was founded to build our own non-commercial forest. We have already planted thousands of trees.
This month, the Green Core volunteers will plant 3.000 beech and oak trees in our forest. Together with our sponsors we will turn it into a forest and sustain biodiversity.
Remember when we planted our first 3.000 trees? In the beginning of 2020, a team of Green Core volunteers went to France to plant our first 3.000 trees.
