2.1. Data provided by you

When creating an account, requesting a catalogue or newsletter, or through contact, whether by phone, in writing, or via email. Even if you make your first purchase with us, we always ask for the following data: first name, last name, gender, position, company name, delivery address and billing address, phone number, and email address, Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number. Additionally, we ask for the opening hours of your warehouse and other logistics-related questions and delivery options. Additionally, we ask you to specify which packaging materials you use. The aforementioned personal data will be used to improve the content of this website and to personalize the content and layout of our pages for each individual visitor. This way, you don't have to enter them again with each order, and we can ensure that your order is processed with the utmost care.

Some of the provided data is necessary for the processing of your order/request, while others help us tailor our services to your needs. The required data is indicated on the forms by the (*) symbol. For non-online payments, we check your creditworthiness every 3 months. We only share data with third parties if necessary to fulfill an order (for example, with the bank for payment processing or with the supplier who delivers our packages or pallets to you).
